Dawn Parks, CFP®, CLU

Dawn is the Owner and Director of Wealth Management and Planning and leads all client services, wealth advisory processes, and sets the direction for holistic wealth planning strategies across the firm. 

Dawn began her career in the financial services industry in 1996 and brings a vast range of experience as a financial advisor, a training coach for advisors, and manager of a support team for advisors. Today, she specializes in strategic financial planning for individuals, as well as sustaining lifetime income planning approaching or already in retirement and planning for individuals and owners of closely held businesses. 

Originally from Georgia, Dawn is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has earned both the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ CFP® and Chartered life Underwriter (CLU) professional designations.  Dawn has achieved the requirements for the Enrolled Agent designation. She is also securities and insurance licensed.

Community & Service 

Dawn has actively contributed service time with her daughter to Rainbow Days, Meals on Wheels and several other organizations. Dawn was an active volunteer for Meals on Wheels in Georgia. 

Dawn is an active member of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, serving in the past on the Women in Leadership committee and marketing subcommittee.

 Outside of Work 

Dawn enjoys spending time with friends and family at a pool or at a lake or the coast, fishing. She enjoys gardening and spending time with her college age daughter, shopping or enjoying good sushi.  

Something More About Dawn 

Originally from Georgia, Dawn relocated on her own to Texas to launch her financial advisory career. Although finding Texas home, Dawn moved back to Georgia for a time… before realizing that Texas was home. Dawn still has family and friends in Georgia and maintains her fervent love for Georgia football!!
